The intelligent small gear automatic press-fitting device uses a PLC control system to precisely control the automated operation of the device, making it simple and intuitive to operate.
The axial pump in the control cabinet provides axial pressure, which pushes the pinion into the internal tapered bore via a hydraulic cylinder; the radial pump provides radial pressure, which enters the internal tapered bore through oil passages within the pinion to form an oil film, expanding the bore to allow the pinion to be pressed in by the axial pressure.
